I’m a big fan of popcorn and have loved snacking on it all of my life. I’m also a big fan of chocolate, peanut butter and salty pretzels. If you’re a fan too, you’re going to enjoy this easy-to-make recipe that is courtesy of Popcorn.org. It will yield approximately 6 pretzel sticks. I think it’s the perfect recipe, especially if you want to make them for the next party or family get-together that you’re hosting.
Sweet N Salty Popcorn Pretzel Sticks Recipe
6 large pretzel rods
6 tablespoons peanut butter
3 cups popped popcorn Sugar sprinkles
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, optional
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter over pretzel, leaving a 2-inch ‘handle’ without peanut butter. Press and roll popcorn onto peanut butter to coat. Sprinkle with sugar sprinkles.
For optional chocolate drizzle:
Place chocolate chips in a small sealable plastic bag and seal bag. Microwave 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted. Clip a small corner from the bag and squeeze bag to drizzle chocolate over popcorn. Sprinkle with additional sugar sprinkles. Allow chocolate to harden before serving.

I love the combination of sweet and salty, so I’m sure I’d like this. They look so good.
This sounds so good. I love popcorn too. I just made some tonight. I am going to make a version of this for me. Thank you for the idea, especially using the chips in a bag.
What a display of my favorite snacks! They look so good.
Very decadent. And yummy. I just wouldn’t microwave in the plastic bag.
