Pictsweet Farms Vegetables for Roasting – Delicious Addition to Your Meal
My family loves vegetables and I serve them at every meal. We enjoy them baked, fried, mashed and/or roasted. During the summertime we will enjoy fresh vegetables from our backyard garden and at other times of the year we enjoy frozen. Rarely does my family use canned veggies.

For this foodie feature we received a complimentary package of Pictsweet Farms Vegetables for Roasting in the Sweet Potatoes, Red Potatoes, Carrots and Parsnips flavor. These vegetables are found in your grocer’s freezer section and need to be kept frozen until you’re ready to use them.
On the back of the package it will give you directions on how to prepare them. We placed them onto a baking sheet and baked them in the oven. This process took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. They come already seasoned, so you don’t need to add anything to them.
We served them alongside some baked cod (fish) and dinner rolls. We really didn’t need anything else. They came out of the oven piping hot and perfectly cooked. They were crisp and not mushy at all. You could stick a fork into the veggie pieces without them falling a part.
At our dinner we had 3 adults and 1 older child (9 1/2 year old), and everyone loved the new veggies! They’re flavorful, moist and were really easy to prepare. All of the adults had seconds and rarely do they all go for seconds when it comes to vegetables! Would I buy them? You bet I would and I already have them listed on my shopping list for next week. If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend them!
