We love all kinds of different cookies: chocolate chip, sugar cookies, snickerdoodles, peanut butter blossoms, sand tarts, pumpkin cookies, etc. What kind do you like?

For the past few months I’ve been sharing some of my favorite cookie recipes with all of you and several readers have asked me about the cookie and baking sheets that I’ve been using. Well, today I’m going to tell you!
I purchased 4 of those amazing Nonstick Copper Cookie Baking Sheets a few months ago from Amazon for a really great price! Shortly after I received them I donated all of my other baking sheets to a friend. These new baking sheets are amazing and I love them!!!
What is fantastic about them is that I get even heating from edge-to-edge on the baking sheet. There are no cold or hot spots…even through and through! Next, I love the “natural” nonstick properties of the copper. I rarely and I mean RARELY grease or spray my baking sheets which saves me money and calories!
Every time I use my copper baking sheets my cookies just slide off of the sheet. I get even browning, no burnt spots and the centers of the cookies are done when the edges are done. That means no more burnt edges with raw dough in the center. Nope, none of that!!!
Let’s talk about clean-up! A little bit of soap and water is all you need if your hand-washing them or you can place them into the dishwasher. They clean-up in a snap! Finally, I’m getting no brown spots or rusting anywhere on my sheets, none! Trust me, I use my sheets several times a week and they look just as beautiful now as they did 3 months ago.
If you’re looking to replace your cookie baking sheets I highly recommend that you pick up at least two of the new Nonstick Copper Cookie Baking Sheets. They’re amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them!!!

I bake a lot and it would be wonderful to always have even baking. I have never tried co[per balking sheets and did not know about them before this post.
I have a copper 9×13 baking pan, and it’s awesome! Nothing sticks to it, it cleans up like a breeze, and I can even lift out a batch of bar cookies whole to cut them on a cutting board. Now you’ve got me wanting a copper sheet pan, too.
