Five years ago I had a total hip replacement and last year I had a total knee replacement. As you can imagine, my mobility has been impaired over the past few years. Last month I spotted the Black+Decker Dustbuster Cordless Hand Vacuum over on Amazon and purchased it. I have used hand vac’s before and always hated them for two reasons: 1. the cord which I would trip over and was never long enough 2. they never did a good job at cleaning up our floors.
Well, my views on hand vacuums have totally changed thanks to our new one from Black+Decker. This one is light-weight, compact, powerful and cord-free! It has a washable bowl and filter, which means you just empty out the debris and get started again. I love that everything I need comes included, nothing extra to buy.
Its completely rechargeable and trust me…on a full charge you can get all of your household cleaning tasks done! Over the past few weeks I’ve used it on our hardwood and tiled floors, our carpeting, area rugs, to clean our furniture , stairs and all kinds of different things. Its does a great job no matter what surface I’m cleaning.
It comes with a crevice tool which I love! I use that crevice tool when I’m cleaning underneath furniture, furniture, around my baseboards, closet shelving, along the edge of my kitchen cabinets, underneath and around appliances, etc. Hubby loves using our new hand vac to when cleaning our car or truck. Yes, he loves it too!

I too have a Black and Decker cordless vacuum. It makes cleaning so much easier. I also like how easy it is to take apart and clean.
I too have had hand vacs in the past and not been impressed. I am a huge B&D fan. I like how this is cordless. I also like how you give it a better rating than others. I actually have been wanting another, and this is perfect.
I use my Black & Decker handheld all the time for quick clean ups. I have had it for years and years and it continues to hold up well.
Hand-held vacuums definitely come in handy. We’ve had Black & Decker products and always liked them. I’d say it’s a brand I trust.
We had a Dustbuster years ago. I love the look of this one, and with three cars in the family now, it would get a lot of use.
Dustbusters are really handy devices. When my kids were young I always had one handy. I never thought to use one in my car but maybe I should.
I have always had success with Black and Decker brand products. The prices are reasonable and the products are quality. I have never used a hand held vacuum but maybe I should give it a try.
