Last October we purchased new furniture for our living room and moved our old furniture into our family room. Our sofa and chair were purchased 10 years ago and still in great shape. The only problem…my grandchildren have spilled some things on our furniture and those spills left a few stains. Other than that, the furniture is still in great shape.
A few months ago I reviewed a chair slipcover and published my review here on the blog. You can re-visit that post to learn more about the matching chair cover. Today’s post is all about the matching sofa slipcover that I personally purchased to go along with it.
I really LOVE the chair slipcover that I reviewed, so I went over to Amazon and purchased the matching sofa cover. We have a large 3-cushion sofa in our family room that needed an update. I wanted it to match the newly slipcovered chair. Oh my gosh, what a difference it made!
It’s a 1-piece slipcover and took us less than 5 minutes to get it onto our sofa. One of the things I really like about it is that it’s extremely stretchy…meaning that we can tug on it and tuck it into all of the nooks and crannies easily. Plus, it hugs tightly to all of the areas that I want it to fit. It follows all of the lines and curves of our sofa.
Next, I love that its machine wash and dry. The fabrication is super-stretchy and feels velvety-soft against your skin. Really soft!!! Finally, I really love that it doesn’t look like my grandmother’s sofa cover! It truly looks and feels like a modern day and upscale sofa slipcover! We love it!!!

Before I moved I was thinking about finding new slipcovers for my sofa and armchairs. These DECONOVO covers look very beautiful.
We have a couple of pieces that I would like to put a cover on. I really like the snug fit of this cover. I also love that we can pop it in the washing machine.
That looks really nice. I like that it is super stretchy so you can adjust it to your liking. I need to look into these for our couch.
