When it comes to laundry I like my family’s clothing to be clean, wrinkle-free and I like them to smell clean. I’m not talking about smelling clean as soon as they come out of the dryer, but smelling clean for several weeks at a time.
Let me introduce you to my new favorite laundry product called Downy UnStoppables In-Wash Scent Booster which provides long-lasting freshness! That’s right, by using this product you can keep your laundry smell FRESH for up to 12 weeks at a time!
How to Use: Sprinkle the scent beads into your washing machine while the water is filling up and before you toss your laundry in. They’re safe for all colors and fabrics.
I received several sample packets to try out for my review and I followed the directions on the packet the first time. It stated to pour the entire contents into my washing machine and wash my laundry as I normally do. With that said, I realized on load #3 that I didn’t need to use as many scent beads as they recommended. For our laundry, I found it best to ONLY use 1/2 of the recommended amount.
So how does our laundry smell? Well, I’m going to tell you! Our bed linens and bath linens smell absolutely heavenly! I love giving them the “sniff” test when I put new linens onto our bed or when I wrap myself in a bath towel after showering. Oh my gosh…so fresh and clean! It’s not a fruity or a floral fragrance, just a really nice…freshly washed & clean smell.
Last week I went into the doctor’s office for a check-up and the nurse asked me what I was wearing (in regards to a perfume or lotion) and told me that I smelled good. Well, I wasn’t wearing anything other than my clothing and my clothing had been washed 2 1/2 weeks earlier! Wow, my clothes still smelled like the day they came out of the laundry. Fresh and clean.
I’m totally NUTS for this product! I took everything out of our linen closet (all bed and bath linens) and re-washed them. I made sure that I used the Downy UnStoppables In-Wash Scent Booster because I love how it makes our linens smell! Now I find myself walking by the linen closet, opening up the door and giving it a “sniff” test every time I walk by. Yes, I seriously LOVE this product!!!

I have tried this product and love the smell too. I have them right now in my laundry room. I usually wait for a good sale and try to buy more with a coupon.
I hav used these before and they really are nice. I wait for when they have a good coupon on them since to me they are a bit pricey. I do love the smell though. I do not mind laundry really either, and yes, comparedto some chores, laundry is an easy one- well except when hubby has super greasy stuff!
I’ve tried this and love it. The towels smell wonderful when they come out of the dryer.
These do make everything smell great. We use them too!
I so want to try this product. I am all about my clothes, sheets and towels smelling super good and this sounds like something I would love.
