Seaspice High Tea Cocktail Recipe

The holiday season will be coming up and over the next few weeks we’ll be sharing with you some easy-to-make and delicious cocktail recipes. You can serve them at your holiday parties, family get-together’s or with your holiday meal.  These cocktails are not your standard recipes, they’re more on the unique side and all of them taste great!

Seaspice’s High Tea Cocktail Drink Recipe

Seaspice High Tea Cocktail Recipe

Infuse Bombay Gin with Earl Grey Tea leaves and cardamom
1.5 oz infused Gin
.75 oz of simple syrup
.5 oz of fresh lemon juice

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour in a cardamom and brown sugar rimmed martini glass garnished with a lemon twist. Serve immediately. Enjoy.

    I enjoy tea with lemon and cardamon .. this would make a great cocktail.

    Not enough instructions for me. How much tea and cardamom and for how long to infuse it?

    The idea of using Earl Grey tea is one I hadn’t thought of. It does sound like a neat idea.
