Recently I received the 5-Ingredient Instant Pot Cookbook by author Marilyn Haugen, and let me tell you…it’s opened up a whole new world for me! Wow, I didn’t realize all of the different things I could make in my Instant Pot until I got this book! Amazing!

This cookbook contains 150 easy, quick and delicious recipes. All of them will require 5 ingredients or less! In the past year the Instant Pot has been a best-selling kitchen appliance because you can put meals on the table in less time. You get consistent cooking results and there is minimal clean-up involved.

Along with the delicious recipes you’ll find mouth-watering photographs, preparation & serving tips, plus more! I love that there are main dish, side dish and even desserts in this book. Whether a newbie or an expert with the Instant Pot, this cookbook is for you! A must-have for sure!

So far we’ve tried the Fudgy Chocolate Brownies, the Fish & Pineapple Tostadas and the Fireside Tomato Soup (perfect to serve with your grilled cheese) and all were easy to prepare! All were delicious! I love all of the cookbooks from Robert Rose and this one no exception! If you own an Instant Pot, you need this book!
