In the past year the Instant Pot has been a best-selling kitchen appliance because you can put meals on the table in less time. Along with the delicious recipes you’ll find mouth-watering photographs, preparation & serving tips, plus more! I love that there are main dish, side dish and even desserts in this book. Whether a newbie or an expert with the Instant Pot, this cookbook is for you! A must-have for sure!
So far we’ve tried the Fudgy Chocolate Brownies, the Fish & Pineapple Tostadas and the Fireside Tomato Soup (perfect to serve with your grilled cheese) and all were easy to prepare! All were delicious! I love all of the cookbooks from Robert Rose and this one no exception! If you own an Instant Pot, you need this book!
