In 1985 I received my very first Precious Moments figurine as a gift from my husband. He gave me this special figurine in honor of our daughter’s birth. Over the years it has become a tradition for my husband and now adult daughter to present me with Precious Moments figurines as gifts to mark special occasions. I look forward to getting new figurines to mark my birthdays, anniversaries, births of my grandchildren, Easter and Christmas gifts. They’re special and always bring a smile to my face.

For this holiday feature I received the Precious Moments Giving Plate Serving Platter to review for all of you. I first want to state that it’s a beautiful serving platter and my photos don’t do it any justice. My heart was doing the pitter-patter as I took it out of the box!
It’s perfectly sized at 10″ by 10″ by 1″ to be used as a serving plate or platter. It’s elegant, without being overly-done. The design is simple, but classic. Beautifully made out of glazed ceramic that is dishwasher and microwave safe. It looks beautiful when displayed in your hutch (when not in use) and even prettier when it’s sitting on your dining room table.
Now here’s the best part! Precious Moments has a partnership with Feed the Children and a portion of sales from the Precious Moments Giving Plate will be donated to Feed the Children through December 30th, 2020. These donations are used to help eradicate childhood hunger and create a healthy foundation for children and families to break the cycle of poverty.
I’ve been using mine a lot since receiving it. I like to make up a plate of appetizers when entertaining & they look beautiful sitting on the serving plate. I’ve also use it when serving cookies, tea cakes, homemade bread sticks, etc. You can use it for all sorts of different things!
