Over the past few years we’ve featured several of the delicious Garden Lites products here on the Two Classy Chics blog. We absolutely love their line of veggie-rich muffins and buy them all of the time. This time around we’re featuring the delicious Garden Lites Blueberry Waffles made with veggies.

Garden Lites Blueberry Waffles

The Garden Lites Blueberry Waffles have butternut squash and carrots blended into every waffle. They’re gluten-free, dairy-free and are non-GMO certified. Each box comes with 6 frozen waffles and each serving (2 waffles) only 210 calories.

You can reheat the waffles in your toaster, oven or toaster oven. Cooking time will vary depending on the method that you choose. We like to make them in our toaster oven which takes less than 5 minutes to do from start to finish. They always come out crispy and hot…just like a waffle should be.

Let’s talk about the taste. We’re big fans of blueberry waffles and these waffles taste great! I like to serve them to my grandchildren when they’re here, so that they get the extra serving of veggies. They have no idea that butternut squash and carrots are in their blueberry waffles! Shhhh…let’s keep that a secret from them! My mom enjoys eating them too and likes to toast her’s in my toaster oven and then top it with organic apricot or apple jam. She rolls it up and then enjoys it.

I have tried some of the Garden Lites products and enjoyed them. I have not yet tried their blueberry waffles, but I would expect them to be just as good.

I enjoy the Garden Lites veggie cakes but haven’t tried the waffles yet. I did not realize that they might carry them at Costco so will look on my next shopping trip.
