Experiencing withdrawal symptoms is a big sign that you need to seriously stop drinking alcohol as soon as now. If you are a constant daily drinker, you are bound to experience withdrawal symptoms when you fail to drink even for a day.

Some of the withdrawal symptoms you may experience include a feeling of dizziness, shaking, seizures, and headaches. Other withdrawal symptoms may not be dramatic but speak a lot to how much alcohol has taken a toll on you, an example having a bad mood for missing the drink.
