Well, it happened! We’ve now started August which means we’re into the last full month of the summer season. Boo! I told my husband a few days ago that we should seriously consider moving south, where the weather is more tolerable year round. I enjoy Spring, Summer and Fall here, but I really despise our cold and frosty winters. To be honest, they suck! Did you get out there and do anything fun or exciting this past weekend?
You are welcome to move here in the South but you have to pick your area carefully. I live in middle Alabama (I actually chose to retire here) and it is HOT and HUMID. We do have 4 wonderful seasons. It will rarely snow here and the winters are mild and only last 3 months. You will not wear a coat until November here. We would love to have you as a Southern neighbor…. come on down. (And the people are so nice and friendly.)
You continue to have so many interesting cookbooks. I am also looking forward to the cleaning tips. I never seem to have enough time to get everything done.
