Ice cream…it’s one of the desserts that I enjoy eating year round. I admit, I’m a chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip fan. With that said, I never turn down a good dish of ice cream in any flavor that’s offered.
Today’s guest post recipe is courtesy of Sparkling Ice. The recipe reminds me of a good old-fashioned root beer float, but in a fruity flavor. The recipe is for adults, due to the addition of the sparkling white wine. Although the recipe doesn’t call for it, I would garnish these floats with some fresh cherries to add to the presentation and flavor. How about you?

I would use cherry vanilla ice cream or chocolate chip ice cream in this drink. I am sure I would love to drink it.
This sounds fantastic! Next warm day I’m making one to accompany me on my front porch.
Easy and it looks so fancy that I would even serve it to guests. Black cherry is one of my favorite flavors.
Black Cherry pop has always been one of my favorite flavors, so I know I’d love the Sparkling Ice, too. This looks like a winner.
I sort of like root beer floats, but I’m not that fond of root beer. That makes this drink much more to my taste. I would make it with and without the wine just to see which I like best.
I love sparkling water but never thought of using it for this! Yummy summer treat 🙂
This sounds so good right now and something that I have never tried before. I like that the ingredients are so simple thank you for sharing this one I will have to try it before summer is over.
