Can you believe that we’re approaching the end of August already and that Labor Day is just around the corner? Summer has really flown by quickly this year, but then again, I tend to say that every year.

Citrus Freeze Cocktail Recipe
1 oz. tequila
8 oz. Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime
1 oz. lime juice
1 lime wedge
In a blender, add one cup of ice, tequila, Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass and serve with a lime wedge.
Spicy Sparkling Margarita Cocktail Recipe
2 parts Blanco Tequila
1/2 part Cointreau
3 slices of Jalapeño pepper
Juice of 1/8 lime
1 1/2 parts Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime
Shake Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and peppers with ice. Pour into rocks glass with salted rim and lime wedge. Top with Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime.

My favorite i the first cocktail, but I know that my daughter-in-law would love the second one. They both look very pretty.
This is one of the prettiest cocktails I think I have ever seen. The halved jalapeno and then round slice of jalapeno with the lime is just a fest for the eyes! Reading and experimenting with your cocktail recipes is one of my favorite sections of Two Classy Chics.
