We hope everyone had a nice July 4th holiday. We slowed it down just a little bit here on the blog, so that our writers could enjoy the holiday with their families. Did you do anything special for the holiday? Did you go out and see any fireworks? We took the kids to a local park to see them and they really enjoyed them this year.
We had a quiet time here, but my grandsons went to a park t ear a lake to see fireworks in the sky. This year they are old enough to appreciate them.
We had a quiet time at home and watched the fireworks on TV. We live in a rural area so there were no local fireworks. We did have a nice cookout.
