Kick Up the Flavor in Sandwiches with Avocado Mayonnaise Chipotle Lime

The mayonnaise spreads really nicely and is of a creamy consistency. It’s smooth with no chunks at all. Some of my family members placed it right on the roll (bread) and other’s spread it onto the slices of meat. Some used a little and other’s used a lot. You’ll want to make sure you place it into the refrigerator after opening, as it’s best chilled.

How did it taste? Well, we had 5 adults eating subs for dinner that night and 4 out of the 5 loved it. The one that didn’t care for it doesn’t like anything chipotle flavored, but was willing to give the mayonnaise a try. Since slathering it onto his sub that night, my husband has been slathering it on all of his sandwiches the past few weeks. Like I said, he loves it!
