Sparkling Pimm’s Fruity Punch Recipe

June 10, 2018 by Jenelle

During the summertime we host a lot of backyard parties with our friends. For these “adult only” get-togethers we serve yummy appetizers and cocktail drinks. I’m always looking for new cocktail recipes to serve our guests.

Today’s “adults only” beverage recipe is courtesy of Sparkling Ice. Looking for more? We’ve got 250+ easy-t0-make cocktail recipes right here on the blog!

Sparkling Pimm's Fruity Punch Recipe

Sparkling Pimm’s Fruity Punch Recipe

1 blood orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 lb whole strawberries
1 bunch fresh mint leaves
One 750-ml bottle Pimm’s No. 1
1 cup gin
4 1/2 cups Sparkling Ice Strawberry Lemonade

In a large punch bowl, combine the blood oranges, lemons, cucumbers, strawberries, and half of the mint. Pour in the Pimm’s, gin, and Sparkling Ice Strawberry Lemonade, stir until combined. Fill glasses with ice and ladle in the punch, garnish with the remaining mint and serve.

This punch sounds so yummy and one recipe I am going to hang on to. I love the idea of adding mint that sounds so refreshing.
