Milton’s Craft Bakers Gluten-Free Baked Crackers

Five years ago my mother was diagnosed with a whole host of GI problems, including an intolerance to gluten. After her diagnosis, we had to change the way we eat, especially during the weeks that she’s here. But let’s face it, a lot of gluten-free products are bland…until now. Let me introduce you to my family’s favorite new snacking cracker brand named Milton’s Craft Bakers.

Milton’s baked crackers are Non GMO Project Verified – and do not contain wheat, nuts, or conventional fillers. Milton’s also supports community causes like Celiac-related hospital advocacy, autism support groups and children’s charities, that promote health for our families and communities.

Last weekend we hosted a backyard barbecue combination birthday party for a family member. I opened up one bag of each of the four flavors and placed them onto the table. Along with the crackers I had little bowls filled with guacamole, french onion dip and hummus. In addition, guess could top their crackers with slices of cheese, olives and fresh cherry tomatoes.

One of the things that I immediately loved about Milton’s Craft Bakers Baked Crackers is that they’re thin, crispy and easy for me to chew. I have TMJ and have issues chewing up my food. These crackers were perfect for me. Next, all four of the flavors delicious with my favorite one being the Crispy Sea Salt Baked Crackers.

Some of our party guests just munched on the crackers with no dips or spreads and other’s had fun coming up with their own flavor combinations. The Milton’s crackers are “lightly” flavored, so they don’t compete with your dips and spreads. They make the perfect appetizer at your summer parties or serve them alongside your favorite soups & sandwiches.
