Mailbox Monday for May 2018

Time for our monthly MAILBOX MONDAY for May! The first Monday of every month you’ll see our Mailbox Monday Meme. It will cover the previous month and we invite all of our readers to participate. If you’re a blogger, you can participate too by sharing our MEME on your blog.

The Mailbox Monday Meme is about celebrating all of those fun things we get in our mailbox every month! These items can be giveaways/contest prizes that you won, freebie samples you snagged from the internet, gifts you received from loved ones, etc. What doesn’t it include? Yucky bills and nasty spam mail. Nope, NONE!

My daughter got me a really nice photo frame and placed a picture of me & my grandson in it. This was my Easter present along with some new outdoor flowers for my garden.

My husband entered a few giveaways online and won a $50 GC to Walmart and a $50 GC to shop at Kohl’s. I’m going to give the Wallyworld GC to my daughter and I will of course will be happy to spend that Kohl’s GC on myself 🙂

I donated some money to a local charity and in return they sent us a free pack of self-adhesive address labels, a note pad, 10 note cards and a 2018-19 calendar to thank us for our donation. That was a fun surprise to find in our mailbox last month.
