Authentic Mexican Guacamole Recipe

May 13, 2018 by Carol

How many of you love eating guacamole? I know I do! I enjoy using it as a dip, spread and/or condiment on many different type’s of foods. When it comes to guacamole, I’m all about homemade. While the store-bought versions are decent, nothing beats homemade guacamole!

Today’s guest post recipe is courtesy of La Palomilla Bed and Breakfast in Mexico City. Enjoy!!!

I love avocado , but I make my own guacamole because I don’t want too much heat. This recipe would delight my daughter-in-law.

Homemade guacamole is so much better than anything premade in the stores. I like the addition of the cilantro.

I like anything with avocado in it. I seriously could eat them morning noon and night. I am not a big cilantro fan so would just eliminate that or make one with and one without.

I love all kinds of guacamole. There’s a place in Santa Fe that makes the guac right at your table. This recipe looks great.
