How many of you love eating guacamole? I know I do! I enjoy using it as a dip, spread and/or condiment on many different type’s of foods. When it comes to guacamole, I’m all about homemade. While the store-bought versions are decent, nothing beats homemade guacamole!

Authentic Mexican Guacamole Recipe
3 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
4 serrano chiles finely chopped
2 Full Tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon grain salt
3 big ripe avocados
2/3 cup chopped tomato (do not peel)
1 chopped red chile as a garnish
Directions: Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together without smashing. You can serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.

I love avocado , but I make my own guacamole because I don’t want too much heat. This recipe would delight my daughter-in-law.
Homemade guacamole is so much better than anything premade in the stores. I like the addition of the cilantro.
I like anything with avocado in it. I seriously could eat them morning noon and night. I am not a big cilantro fan so would just eliminate that or make one with and one without.
I love all kinds of guacamole. There’s a place in Santa Fe that makes the guac right at your table. This recipe looks great.
