3 Ginger Flavored Cocktail Drink Recipes

The weather is finally starting to warm-up on the east coast and we’re reading to spend some time outdoors entertaining our friends and family. During the summer months we like to have guests over to our home for a backyard bbq, cocktail drinks and for backyard games. The guys enjoy playing horseshoes, ring toss, cornhole, yard darts, etc.

Ginger Lime Mojito Recipe

Ginger Lime Mojito Recipe

3 oz Sparkling Ice Ginger Lime
1.5 oz White Rum
10 mint leaves
Lime wedge, for garnish
Mint sprig, for garnish

In an ice filled Collins glass, add Sparkling Ice Ginger Lime, rum, and mint leaves, then stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig and serve.

Gin Fitzey Recipe

Gin Fitzey Recipe

1.5 oz of gin
Simple syrup
1/2 Lime (sliced into 3 wedges)
Splash of Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime
Lime (garnish)

Add gin, simple syrup, and lime wedges to shaker. Muddle. Add ice. Shake and strain into chilled glass. Add a splash of Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime. Garnish with lime twist.

Ginger Jello Shots Recipe

Ginger Jello Shots Recipe

16 oz Sparkling Ice Ginger Lime
10 limes
1 cup vodka
2 packages unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp chopped mint

Cut the limes in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides, set to the side. In a saucepan, add Sparkling Ice Ginger Lime, sprinkle gelatin over and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Place over low heat and stir until dissolved, about 5 min. Remove from heat and stir in vodka and mint. Pour mixture into lime halves and place into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set. Cut limes in half to serve and enjoy!

    I do like ginger and These are all good recipes. My favorite is the ginger shots.

  2. Today is a good day for Mojitos as it is going to be in the 80s. Ginger and lime together sounds very flavorful.

  3. That ginger lime Ice would be good any time. The Mojito would be a good cocktail.

    I love anything with ginger in it. I am a huge fan of ginger beer which isnt beer at all the ‘gingerier’ the better! I didnt know Sparkling Ice had a ginger flavor out, I will have to look for it. I would think it makes for a good shortcut instead of using other types of ginger flavoring.
