With just the right amount of sweetness and flavor, these muffins are great for breakfast, lunch, dessert or anytime snack. All varieties are gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy free, low in calories and a great source of fiber with 3g of fiber, and 5g of whole grains.
These two ounce muffins are individually wrapped making them great for portability. They can be heated up in the microwave in only 35 seconds or can also be enjoyed at room temperature which is especially great for on-the-go snacking. Best of all, busy parents can pack the muffins in their children’s lunchbox in the morning, and by lunchtime, they will be perfectly room temperature and ready to be enjoyed!

You’ll want to keep your package in the freezer until you’re ready to use them. You can thaw them out at room temperature (takes about 20-30 minutes) or slightly warm them up in your microwave oven. When we’re traveling, we like to toss them into our insulated cooler and travel bag. Whenever we need a healthy snack, we can grab them and go! At home, they’re perfect to have right alongside our mourning coffee. YUMMY!
