At our home…I make it a point to clean out our medicine cabinet every 4 months. I properly dispose of expired medications and replace them with new ones. You always want to store your items out of the reach of children and pets. You need to protect these type’s of items from direct sunlight, extreme heat and moisture. Keep your prescription and over-the-counter medications locked up!

I love this list of essentials for a medicine cabinet. I don’t restock mine as often as you do, but I do like the prices at Dollar General.
