Our Thoughts: My daughter (age 8 1/2) and my son (age 2 1/2) have been wanting to see COCO since it debuted this past fall and were excited to finally have the opportunity to see the movie. We host family movie nights at our home at least twice a month, so last weekend we all sat down as a family to watch it.

One of the things we really enjoyed about this movie is that it wasn’t Princess or Prince related. While all of these Princess movies are great for young children, we do get bored after a while seeing movie after movie related to that theme. It was really nice to have something totally different to watch!

The animated characters in this film are adorable! You’ll find yourself cheering them on, singing, dancing and laughing along with them. The story is entertaining from start to finish and is a story line that will appeal to children of all ages…boys and girls! It’s truly one of those animated movies that your entire family will enjoy! Matter of fact, my children have watched it 3 times in the past 5 days and is quickly becoming a favorite in our household.

You can go out and pick up the DVD starting today, February 27th, 2018 from various retailers across the nation. We recommend picking it up now and giving it as an Easter gift. Don’t forget, Easter is on April 1st this year.
