We’re now getting ready to celebrate our belated 30th wedding anniversary trip next month and one of the things I wanted to do before we leave was…get my teeth whitened. Yes, my teeth whitened! My husband and I both decided to give this system a try. Let’s face it…we all want whiter teeth! Before I get started with sharing my thoughts with all of you, I first want to state that I have EXTREMELY sensitive teeth. I was a little worried that this system would irritate my sensitivity and to my pleasant surprise…I was able to use all 4 of the products with no problems at all.
One of the things we both liked about the Colgate Optic White products is the flavors. You can go from one product to the next and not be gagged out with different or similar flavors. None of them were over-whelming and they never left a bitter after-taste. We followed all of the directions that came on each package and I really recommend that you read them if you’re using the products for the first time.
So, how did we do? Within 2 weeks we noticed that my husband’s teeth appeared about 3-4 shades whiter. He had no sensitivities using the products. For myself, I noticed 2 shades whiter. I knew my teeth would be a little bit more difficult to whiten since I’m a heavy coffee and iced tea drinker. With that said, I’m extremely pleased to see them whiter and I know as we continue to use the products that we’ll get even better results!
Finally, I want to mention the Colgate Optic White Toothbrush. With or without that built-in whitening pen…it’s the BEST toothbrush that I’ve ever used. I love how it fits in my hand and it has these super-cool built-in polishing bristles. That toothbrush is worth the price of gold. Just-saying!!!
