Now that the holidays are over with, I’m looking to get back-on-track with my diet. While I’m not actively trying to lose weight, I am looking to maintain my current weight. That means I need to make healthier eating choices, drink a lot of water and get plenty of exercise.

Like many of you, I enjoy eating ice cream, popsicles and frozen yogurts. With that said, I’m picky about the brands that I consume and I eat them in moderation. One thing that I find hard to resist is…a good creamy, chocolate ice cream! Seriously, who doesn’t love chocolate ice cream?
Let me introduce you to the Stonyfield Organic After Dark Chocolate Nonfat Frozen Yogurt. It’s absolutely my new favorite frozen treat! This nonfat frozen yogurt is certified USDA organic and it’s made with no toxic pesticides or ingredients. For those of you who are counting calories, serving size is a 1/2 cup with 100 calories and zero fat calories.
The Stonfield Organic After Dark Chocolate Nonfat Frozen Yogurt is absolutely delicious! It’s creamy, smooth and tastes just like your favorite chocolate bar. I enjoy eating one spoonful at a time and letting it melt in my mouth. It’s so good! I’ve been eating it for the past month when I need a sweet treat and now I have my mom eating it too! (see, she snagged some from my freezer and yes, that’s her in the photos!).

I love the flavor dark chocolate and hope that this frozen yogurt has a real dark chocolate taste. It does sound delicious.
Stonyfield yogurt is a brand I love, but I didn’t know they made frozen yogurt, too. Yay! Sometimes a frozen treat is the only thing that will do, even during the cold winter months. I’ll definitely be looking for this at my grocery store.

I have never tried organic frozen yogurt sounds heavenly. I hope they carry this in my area because I would so love to try it. I love frozen yogurt because it is so good and less calories than ice cream.
