Honey Mustard Pork Loin Recipe

When it comes to meat…pork is hand’s down my favorite and one of my favorite ways to prepare it is by tossing it into my slow cooker to slowly cook all day. If you love pork (too) and looking for a new recipe, I think you’re going to appreciate our guest post today.

This recipe is courtesy of The Cocoa Exchange. You’ll only need a handful of ingredients to make it.

Honey Mustard Pork Loin Recipe

Honey Mustard Pork Loin Recipe

1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup Pod & Bean™ White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard
1 (3 lb.) rolled boneless pork roast
1/4 cup chicken broth

Spray a 4-6 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray and add onions and garlic.
Season pork roast with salt and pepper. Spread Pod & Bean™ White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard on roast.

Place roast on top of onions and garlic and add chicken broth. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

Remove roast and cover with foil to keep warm.

Juices from the slow cooker and the cooked onions and garlic can be added to a saucepan with a tablespoon of cornstarch and some water and cooked over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens slightly.

Season to taste. Add more salt, pepper or honey mustard, if needed.

    I think the pork rolled loin roast is my favorite cut of pork. Your roast looks absolutely delicious. Some of the ingredients I have no idea what they are. Like Pod & Bean White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard?? Iwill have to look it up! Lol! Thank you for sharing this Beautiful looking Dish with us..

    This looks like such a delicious recipe. This would be perfect for me because I am a huge fan of mustard any honey mustard on meat. Last night, I actually made baked salmon which I add honey mustard to and it’s delicious! I am definitely going to try out that specific mustard!

    It’s been a while since I made a pork roast, and this looks wonderful and easy to make. The Pod & Bean™ White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard must give it really good flavors–sweet yet acidic.

    I like a good pork loin and I like the flavors in this recipe. That’s a very unusual kind of mustard.

    I like the combination of honey and mustard on pork, it works quite well. I have never seen the type you used though. Youre going to have to clue us in on Pod and Bean as to where to find it. I dont think I have ever tried white chocolate honey mustard before, and I have tried and enjoyed a bunch of different honey mustards over the years. The pork looks good, we have pork maybe once a week,
