Do you love camping for itself, but do you also think that everything is made better by food? Well, then you need some delicious breakfast ideas because that’s the most important meal of the day. With a full belly, you can tackle everything, but you need some recipes that are also easy to make. If that’s the case, read on.
Baked Blueberry Camping Cake
Nothing like some fruit to give you energy for the morning, right? But make it a warm meal, and it will taste even better.
Ingredients:
• Heavy Cream: 1 cup
• Milk: 1 cup
• Eggs: 8
• Sour Cream: 0.5 cup
• Sugar: 1 cup
• Cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
• Vanilla: 0.5 tsp
• Blueberries: 2 cups
• Bread: 16 slices
You’ll also need some heavy duty aluminum foil, a sealable travel bag, and some non-stick cooking spray, apart from the basic spoon and bowl.
Instructions:
1. Mix everything together except the blueberries and the bread.
2. Put this mixture into a sealable food bag, and keep it cool for the night.
3. Make a campfire or fire up the grill.
4. Cut the bread slices into cubes and places them into a bowl.
5. Add your cold mixture to the bowl and stir.
6. Add the blueberries and let it sit for 15 minutes until the bread soaks up all the liquid.
7. Cut pieces of aluminum foil of 12 x 12 inches, one for each member of your group.
8. Spray each of these with nonstick spray.
9. Take the spoon and put one spoonful of the mixture inside each aluminum foil square.
10. Fold these squares tightly, so the mixture doesn’t drip out.
11. Place them on your grill or near the campfire so they cook in an indirect heat.
12. Let them cook for 30 minutes, without turning. If you see the foil packets expanding, that means the baked blueberry cakes are almost ready.

Cinnamon Stick Biscuit
Who doesn’t love cinnamon and biscuits? Now there’s a way to combine these two and make a delicious breakfast dessert that can also serve as a snack throughout the day. Kids and grownups will love it alike, and it’s not difficult to make either.
Ingredients:
• Refrigerated biscuits: 1 pack
• Butter: 1 pack
• Sugar: 1 cup
• Cinnamon: 1 cup
You’ll want plenty of cooking sticks because they’ll be seconds or even thirds, and you also need a knife.
Instructions:
1. Start your campfire and wait for it to die down a bit.
2. In the meantime, prepare your cooking sticks.
3. Take the biscuits out of the pack, and stretch them on a table, with rolling motions until they’re about 15 inches long and as thin as your little finger.
4. Wrap these biscuits on the sticks, in tight spirals with no overlapping.
5. Place the cooking sticks on the fire and apply the same principles as you would for cooking marshmallows.
6. Take them out of the fire when they get a light brown color.
7. Use a knife and spread some butter on them, as much or as little as you like.
8. Add some sugar and cinnamon on top.
