Keep Track of Baby’s Weight at Home with EatSmart’s Baby Scale

Product Information: The Precision BabyCheck Digital Baby Scale is essential tool in any parent’s home. Track little ones’ growth between check-ups, as they grow from newborns to babies to toddlers. The scale weighs up to 44 pounds in increments of ½ ounce. The stylish white design with subtle orange accents fits perfectly into any room of the house. *This scale can also be used to weigh pets.
Our adopted daughter is pregnant with her first child and is due around January 30th. We’ll be gifting this wonderful Precision BabyCheck Baby Scale to her to use with the new baby. One of the things that immediately impressed me with the scale is that it’s really light-weight! It’s made of a durable hard plastic so it can easily go from your house to grandma’s house, or from room-to-room.

As soon as you take it out of the box you’ll want to set it up for the first time. The instruction manual walks you through installing the batteries and setting up the digital portion of the scale. This process took me less than 2 minutes to complete and was really easy!
There are 5 function keys on the front of the scale. The MRC key recalls the previous recorded weight reading. The HOLD key locks & unlocks the current weight reading. The M+ key will record the current weight reading. The TARE key will change the unit of measurement (the type of measurement) and the Power button which you’ll use to turn the power on & off. The included instruction manual walks you through using each of the different functions.
The Precision BabyCheck Digital Baby Scale can weigh the “lightest” of babies (including preemies) and will hold up to 44 lbs. Another thing I like about this scale is that it has a “low battery” indicator light. That will alert you to change the batteries, so there is no guessing there. It’s pretty compact in size, measuring 13.80″ by 23.50″ by 2.91″. You can put it right on top of a dresser, the changing table, kitchen table, whatever. Just make sure that you’re standing there right beside the child, so that they don’t roll or wiggle off.

What a great baby shower or holiday gift for an expecting mom, dad or parents! I really wish they would of had things like this when our daughter was little. I really like having the convenience of monitoring your child’s weight at home and you can do it in-between all of those regularly scheduled new baby, doctor visits!
