Perfect Holiday Gifts for Babies and Toddlers from Edushape

My best friend is currently pregnant and expecting her first child in late January and I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect holiday gift (for the baby) to give to her. Well, I found it and it’s from Edushape, a company that we’ve featured many times here on The Classy Chics blog.

For this holiday gift guide review, I selected the Edushape Happy Monkey to check out for all of you. This item is perfect from birth and on up! It’s a happy-faced, soft and snuggly monkey toy that is loaded with a lot of fun! It features an super-soft poke-able belly button, teether tail, crinkle ears, silk ribbons, a built-in rattle, striped long-legs & arms (one shrinks as the opposite one is pulled by the child) and what I love the most about it is that it’s cuddly!!!
The Happy Monkey encourages many developmental skills such as hand eye coordination, fine and gross motor skills, socialization, tactile sensory development, and logic and reasoning. In other words, it teaches your child and becomes your child’s snuggly best friend! Overall it measures approximately 6” x 3 1/2” x 13” in size.
When the Happy Monkey arrived my son saw it and wanted it. I let him snuggle and play with it for a little bit before I took it back. My best friend will be getting this as an early holiday gift for the baby. What makes it the perfect gift is that she’s having a little boy and has been decorating the baby’s nursery in a zoo animal theme. This adorable monkey is going to fit right in!
