Instead of doing a weekly Mailbox Monday post/feature, we’ll be switching over to a monthly post. At the beginning of every month (usually on the first Monday of that month) you’ll see it!
We all love getting free goodies in our mailbox such as: things we won in giveaways, freebie samples we snagged online, birthday gifts or whatever. For the month of October, what kind of mailbox goodies did you receive? Remember, we’re not talking about spam mail or bills!
During the month of October I received a $20 gift card that my husband won via a social media giveaway, a $25 gift card that he won for gasoline from another online giveaway and then I got a box full of Conair and Scunci hair accessories in the mail to thank me for participating in a blog campaign last month. My 8 year old granddaughter quickly snatched up those hair accessories and claimed them all for herself! Geesh. I also received 4 packs of breath mints that I got by filling out one of those freebie request forms online.

This last month was rather slim, although not without a few nice hings. I won a nice Lottie doll (I do Toys for Tots) , some rubbermaid that hasnt arrived yet. I am just having problems with things arriving fo some wierd reason. I got ton of coupons though out of nowhere.
If you ask politely, perhaps the Princess will lend you any hair accessories you might need. Ha!
October was a great month at my mailbox. I received two prizes I won right here at TCC, the “How to Knit” book and the Dave’s Gourmet Overnight Oats. I also got some prizes I won elsewhere (a selection of Reynold’s products, some Nature Valley products, and a nice autographed book). I’ve been lucky!!
I received some nice things I won in giveaways. I received a $20 Amazon GC from a giveaway. That is nice I let them add up over time to buy something that I normally would not spend the money on. I bet your granddaughter really had a great time with all the hair accessories.
I got some Hickies (shoe closer thingys) and the big one was a $200 Paypal. I also got a couple of small Amazon GCs.
I am having a block on describing which items I received for free I know that I got 2 different types of pain creams, some shampoo samples and a whole bunch of True Lemon,lime,etc. samples.
