Help Support Your Immune System with Immunity Tea

November 2, 2017 by Shelly

Tetley Herbal Peach & Orange TeaAs the temperature drops, our first instinct is to pile on the layers before we walk out the door. But while the protection of your favorite fuzzy sweater is only skin-deep, Tetley Tea has got the rest of you covered with two immunity tea-lixirs.

* Complimentary Product Received for Review.

The British know something about sniffles weather, which is why legendary British tea brand Tetley created their delicious “Super Tea: Immunity” blends – infused with Vitamin C! Available in both green and herbal blends, these masterfully blended teas provide 20 percent RDI of Vitamin C to help support the normal function of the immune system.

Tetley Green Tea – Immunity “Super Tea”: Smooth green tea cleverly combined with lemon, vitamin C and honey that supports the normal function of the immune system.

Tetley Herbal Tea – Immunity “Super Tea”: A lovely peach and orange infusion expertly blended with vitamin C that helps support your immune system.

Tetley Super Teas have been voted #1 Beverage Product of the Year by Product of the Year USA, the largest consumer-voted award for product innovation.

Back in September I had the opportunity to try out the Tetley Herbal Tea in the Peach and Orange flavor. You can read my previous review on that and grab a great Sparkling Peach Iced Tea Recipe.

Tetley Immunity Super Green Tea with Lemon & Honey

This time around my mom and I had the opportunity to try out the Tetley Immunity Super Green Tea with Lemon & Honey. This herbal tea helps to support your immune system and is rich in Vitamin C. I really appreciate that it’s a naturally flavored green tea with no artificial ingredients. Matter of fact, if you read the box…there are ONLY 3 ingredients: green tea, natural flavors and Vitamin C.

Vitamin C contributes towards the normal function of the immune system, so they recommend that you enjoy at least one mug a day as part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Serving size is 1 tea bag which makes 8 fl. oz. of tea and ZERO calories! Great for those of us who are watching our weight.

To make it…simply steep your tea bag in one cup of hot water for 1-2 minutes and then enjoy!

Tetley Immunity Super Green Tea with Lemon & Honey

Mom and I have been enjoying the Tetley Immunity Green Tea for the past 10 days and absolutely love it. You don’t need to add any sweeteners to it at all. With the natural flavors, it’s sweet enough without being too sweet. Just perfect! We both know that we don’t get enough Vitamin C into our daily diets and this is a great way to get more of it in doing something that we already like to do…drinking our tea!

You can head on over to Tetley to learn more about their great tea products and to print out a $1.00 off Tetley Super Tea coupon (limited time only).

I’m a classic southern boy so I love my sweet iced tea. My wife however is from New Zealand and loves a wide variety of hot & cold teas. Give you one guess as to who will end up with this if I win.
