Four years ago I was diagnosed with a variety of gastro-intestinal issues, with one of them being a gluten intolerance. When I was younger, I could eat anything that I wanted, but as I’ve aged and grown older, gluten has become a big problem. I’ve changed my diet and thankfully, that has made a world of difference for me.
