Relax and Unwind with the Wonder Body Adult Coloring Book
Three years ago I jumped on the adult coloring book bandwagon and haven’t looked back since. I enjoy sitting down in the evening while watching TV and coloring. It helps to relax me and to unwind after a long day. Not only is it relaxing, it’s a great way to explore your creativity at the same time.
The holidays are just around the corner and I think adult coloring books would make a great holiday gift! Check out this brand new one that we’re featuring on the blog today. Its unlike all of the other one’s that I’ve featured over the past three years. Very cool.

I enjoy sitting down with an adult coloring book a few times every week. It’s a great way to relax and unwind. Most of the adult coloring books that I’ve reviewed over the years were just that… coloring books and not much else. However, that all changes with the Wonder Body adult coloring book!
This particular coloring book was a real education for me. The writer really put some effort into making this book different. As you read through the pages and all of the information included with the designs you’ll learn about your body and all of the senses that come along with it. Yes, they cover the basic 5 senses, but you’ll learn that there are more!
Some of the included designs for you to color are classic images like ice cream cones and flowers. Then there are fun and quirky designs too. There are images & designs for everyone within the pages of this book. So far, I’ve read about 1/2 of the book and just finished coloring in my first design as you see in the photograph with this post. FUN!
