Tetley’s Sparkling Peach Iced Tea Recipe

Tetley Herbal Peach & Orange TeaI admit, we’re iced tea fans! It doesn’t matter what time of the year it is, you’ll always find a pitcher of iced tea sitting in my refrigerator. When it comes to iced tea, we’re all about making homemade and staying away from store-bought which is loaded with sugar. By making it yourself, you can control the ingredients.

Tetley Tea has a brand new Super Tea that is out in the retail marketplace and we had the opportunity to try it out. Tetley’s vitamin-infused Super Tea was named the 2017 Product of the Year, this is more than an iced tea – it’s an iced SUPER tea. (Complete with 20% RDI of vitamin c to help support the immune system!)

This BIY (brew-it-yourself) iced tea recipe bubbles up ginger, peach and orange to a perfect fizzy punch that is both refreshing and super-easy to make. You can check out the recipe below or watching this fun instructional video located HERE.

Tetley’s Sparkling Peach Iced Tea Recipe

Sparkling Peach & Orange Iced Super Tea Recipe

1 teabag Tetley Immunity Peach and Orange Super Tea with Vitamin C
1 cup water
1/3 cup ginger ale
Glass of ice

1. Bring cup of water to a boil.
2. Pour over 1 Tetley Immunity Peach & Orange Super Tea teabag in cup, and let steep for 5 minutes.
3. Remove the teabag and allow tea to cool.
4. Once the tea is cool, pour over ice.
5. Top off with ginger ale and enjoy.

The recipe is how to make one tall glass at a time. With that said, I quadrupled the ingredients called for so I could make an entire pitcher of the iced tea. I also added granulated sugar, since we like sweet tea. Once I had it made, I chilled it for 2 hours before serving it.

I made the recipe and served it to my guests at a family gathering this past weekend. Everyone who tried it, loved it. It’s not overly peach or orange. Just a hint of each of those flavors. Another nice thing is that it’s not a bitter tea at all and leaves no nasty aftertaste in your mouth. My family is picky about their iced tea and they loved it!

Finally, got love that it has a boost of Vitamin C in it. We all know that it’s important to have the recommended daily amount of Vitamin C in our diets. By adding this, you can help to boost your immune system and that’s always a good thing!
