2 Delicious Cocktail Recipes for Labor Day Celebrations

Summer may be coming to a close, but that doesn’t mean we need to stop sipping this season’s cocktails just yet! Whether it be an outdoor BBQ, Labor Day pool party, or a viewing for the Game of Thrones season finale, I encourage you to relish in the end of summer with these refreshing cocktails at your next gathering.

Peach Royale Cocktail Recipe

1 oz. tequila
1 oz. white peach purée
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
3 dashes peach bitters

As seen at Santa Margherita’s recent She Shed event, shake and strain on ice and top with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Garnish with a peach wedge.

Spritz O’Clock Cocktail Recipe

1 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. orange juice
Dash of passionfruit purée
5 drops of orange flower water
