It’s a great way to reduce stress, to force yourself to sit down & to relax and I love turning my finished pages into crafty works of art. I can personally tell you that it has INDEED helped me to relax at night and that it’s a great way to unwind after a long day.

All of the designs in this adult coloring book are printed on high-quality paper that resists bleed-through and is acid-free. The binding edge is perforated so that you can easily pull the pages out of the book if desired.
Throughout the book you’ll find fully colored examples for ideas and inspiration. I really learned a lot by looking through the included how-to’s, tips and techniques. You can use those suggested colors & techniques or come up with your own.
The design that I’m featuring with my review today was colored by me and I used glitter ink gel pens. I’m a big fan of using glitter ink pens, but you could certainly use colored pencils, paint pens and/or markers. When my husband colors, he uses a combination of them all.
I love the coloring designs in this book, because they are a LOT different than most that I’ve seen. They’re fun, very detailed and enchanting. You can’t help but smile when you see them. A great collection of designs for newbies and experienced colorists, alike.
