For this review and feature, we received 4 complimentary packages of dried and dipped fruit from Stoneridge Orchards to try out for all of you. I love chocolate and I could seriously live off eating fruit for every meal of the day. When you combine the two…well, it’s pure heaven! Here’s what we received:
* Montmorency Cherries – Whole Dried Tart Cherries
* Montmorency Cherries – Dipped in Dark Chocolate
* Blueberries – Whole Dried Blueberries
* Blueberries – Dipped in Dark Chocolate
Let’s start off with the two packages of dried whole fruit…the Montmorency Cherries and Blueberries. These delicious snacks are all-natural, contain no preservatives, are gluten-free, non GMO and kosher. Serving size is 1/4 cup and each serving has approximately 140 calories.
One of the things that really impressed me was that they are WHOLE fruits. Not small bits and pieces! Second, even though they’re dried fruits, they aren’t leathery and dry. I found them to be plump and jam-packed with yummy flavor. If you have any type of jaw or chewing problems, you’ll be able to eat these with no problems at all. Delicious!
If you love fruit that has been dipped in dark chocolate, you’re going to LOVE the Stoneridge Orchards Blueberries and Montmorency Cherries that are dipped in dark chocolate (70% cocoa). Each one is made using premium whole fruit. That’s right, whole fruit! Not bits and pieces! Serving size is 2 Tbsp. which is about 120 calories per serving. When I did the calorie thing, I was able to fit 2-3 pieces per tablespoon to get my portion size correct. So, per serving, I estimate you can enjoy 4-6 pieces.
As I previously stated, I love fruit and I love chocolate. Combing the two together is perfect heaven for me. Both of these were out-of-this-world delicious! Seriously, I had to really stop myself from consuming the entire bag in one sitting. They’re plump, flavorful and that dark chocolate just puts them over-the-top in a very good way! LOVE THEM!!!

I love eating fruits dipped in dark chocolate. My favorite are the tart cherries. I shall have to try this brand soon.
My self control over the Blueberries – Dipped in Dark Chocolate would be sorely tested. Like both separately and together.
I have had the cherries dipped in the dark chocolate and it is hard to not eat the entire bag. They are that good. My granddaughter loves them too.
