When my daughter was a little girl they didn’t have dress-up clothing like they do now. Back in the 80’s and early 90’s, parents were forced to buy crappy Halloween costumes or make dress-up clothing themselves. Looking back, I think childhood had to be pretty boring at times for my daughter.
Fast forward 30 years and now parents and grandparents can find quality-made clothing and costumes that are specifically designed for creative play. When children dress up, it really helps them to play the part that they want to play. It helps to expand their creative little minds and keeps them entertained for hours on end.
Let me introduce you to Little Adventures who markets their little kid’s dress-ups, clothing and costumes here in the USA and around the world. The company sells soft, washable, affordable dress ups. The company was started 15 years ago by two moms who were tired of itchy, scratchy dress ups that fell apart and were not washable.
When you shop at Little Adventures you’ll find Princess dresses & costumes, fairies & dance clothing, knights & dragons clothing, super hero cloaks for little boys, toys, accessories and more!
For this review feature we were sent 2 complimentary little girls princess dresses to check out for all of you. My 8 year old granddaughter loves to come over to my house and play dress-up and as soon as she saw her two new princess dresses, her eyes lit up like flying saucers! Seriously, she couldn’t get them out of the package and onto her body fast enough.
We received the Asian Princess dress which is available in 4 different sizes. It features a really pretty floral pattern and bell-sleeves which she loves! The top half of the dress is done in a velvety-type of fabrication and is really soft. The bottom portion of the dress is done in a polyester-satin type of fabrication and feels silky-smooth against the body. There are no zippers, ties or buttons to fumble with. She was able to easily pull it on right over her head.
The Coral Renaissance dress is just as adorable as the first one. It’s available in 4 different sizes and is done in a pretty coral-pink color. Some of the dresses panels are done in a velvety-type of fabrication and other parts are done in the polyester satin. This adds texture and interest to the overall design. There are no zippers, ties or buttons to fumble with. She was able to easily pull it on right over her head.
Both of these girl’s dresses are beautifully made with high-quality fabrics. These are NOT cheesy-cheapo costumes like the ones you find in retail stores. They are quality-made from high-quality materials. Next, they are really comfortable for our little girls to wear and as a grandparent, I appreciate that they’re “age-appropriate”. Oh and let me mention this…they’re super-affordable too!
Head on over to Little Adventures and check out all of their Princess Dressups and Costumes that they have to offer. You’ll find beautiful items for BOTH little boys and little girls.
