How many of you love to doodle? I work in a professional office environment (my daytime job) and I often find that I’m reaching for scrap paper and doodling, especially when I’m on a boring conference call.

My Thoughts: I admit, I enjoy doodling and I can often be seen sitting at my desk drawing doodles on scrap paper. I’m definitely not talented at drawing at all, so I do it as a way to de-stress and occupy my time when boredom sets in. At the end of the day, I toss most of my doodles into the garbage. Yeah I know, I should keep them. Well, now I can!
Thanks to this brand new book ~ CatDoodles by Akiko Masudo, I can doodle until my heart’s content. All of my little drawings are nicely bound inside the book for me to look back on and/or share with my 8 year old daughter. If you don’t know what to doodle, don’t worry ~ the author gives you some doodling prompts and ideas along the way.
You can doodle in the book with glitter gel pens, fine tip markers, colored pencils, pens, pencils, crayons or whatever you prefer to use. It’s a smaller-sized, light-weight book, so it’s the perfect size to take with you to the office, to school, to the doctor’s office or while traveling. A great way to occupy yourself during down-times of the day (or) night!
