4 Easy-to-Make Cointreau Cocktail Recipes

Summer is now in full-swing and many of us are busy entertaining family and friends. Along with all of those fun summer parties comes great-tasting foods and thirst-quenching cocktails.

Give your taste buds a wake-up call with a Cointreau Cold Brew or Cointreau Mimosa. Or give your classic go-to’s a fresh twist with a Spiced Strawberry Margarita or Pomegranate Ginger Cosmopolitan.

Cointreau Cold Brew Recipe

Cointreau Cold Brew Recipe

1.5 oz. Cointreau
3 oz. Cold Brew coffee
1 oz. Coconut milk

Shake Cointreau, cold brew, and coconut milk in a shaker with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Spiced Strawberry Margarita Cocktail Recipe

Spiced Strawberry Margarita Recipe

1 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Blanco tequila
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
2 Strawberries
3 Dashes angostura bitters

Muddle strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add Cointreau, tequila, fresh lime juice and bitters and shake with ice. Strain over ice in a rocks glass with a cinnamon sugar rim and garnish with a strawberry.

Cointreau Mimosa Recipe

.5 oz. Cointreau
4 oz. Chilled Champagne
2 oz. Fresh orange juice

Add Cointreau and orange juice into a stemmed glass. Top with chilled Champagne.

Pomegranate Ginger Cosmopolitan Recipe

Pomegranate Ginger Cosmopolitan Recipe

.75 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Vodka
.75 oz. Fresh lime juice
.75 oz. Pomegranate juice
2 slices Fresh ginger

Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a shaker tin. Add all remaining ingredients. Shake and fine strain into a cocktail glass.

    The Cointreau Cold brew cocktail is very different, but since I love Cointreau I can’t choose one favorite. I shall have to try all of them! – but not all at once!!
