We’re getting into the dog-days of summer. It’s been incredibly hot and humid here in the northeast. You know, those type’s of days where you just can’t escape the heat. While I enjoy summer, I don’t enjoy the high humidity that comes along with it.
There is still a LOT of hot summer weather left to get through, so today we’re sharing two refreshing lemon-flavored cocktail recipes with you. These recipes are courtesy of Sparkling Ice.
Cowgirl Up Cocktail Recipe
2 parts Rye Whiskey
1 part Canton Ginger
1 tbsp Honey
Pinch Lemon zest
Two parts Sparkling Ice Lemon Tea
Mix all ingredients in highball glass and stir. Garnish with lemon wedge.
Spiked Arnold Palmer Recipe
4 oz. Sparkling Ice Half & Half
1 1/2 oz. vodka
Lemon slices and/or wedges
Add vodka and lemon slices to a tall chilled glass with ice. Top with Sparkling Ice and stir to combine. Garnish with lemon slices and mint (optional).

I enjoy all the Sparkling Ice drinks and I always love to add fresh lemon to my drinks. I like both of these recipes. I am not sure what type of ginger is Canton ginger.
Thank You for sharing these 2 refreshing lemon cocktails.. I really think I would Love the Spiked Arnold Palmer recipe. I love the ice lemon drink. Just a touch of Vodka and Lemon wedges.. Sounds so refreshing and so easy to make.
