I had no clue what a VPN is or does. I maybe still dont know. It is a bit over my head, all I can tell is your ISPs sell data? I think almost everywhere sells dats. If I am on a blog and say click an affiliate link, even though I dont buy, later on on facebook, there is the item or close to it.
