Having smooth, wrinkle-free skin can boost your confidence and make you feel years younger. However, turning back the clock is a challenge. Instead of wasting countless dollars on beauty creams that you aren’t sure will work, you may want to investigate the following minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.
Botox

Botox is a brand name for purified botulinum toxin, which by itself is one of the deadliest substances out there. However, when a professional injects the toxin into your muscles, it paralyzes them, thereby preventing wrinkles and lessening the appearance of the ones you already have. There is no downtime with Botox, and you’ll be able to see results in just a few days. Keep in mind, though, that Botox isn’t a permanent solution; you’ll need periodic touchups to hold onto your new youthful glow.
Remember that Botox is extremely tricky to get right, so you shouldn’t trust yourself to anyone who doesn’t have a good reputation.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable substances that smooth out areas across your face and the back of your hand. There are several types of fillers, and one of the best is hyaluronic acid. It’s a type of sugar that combines with water and swells once it’s inside your body, thereby filling out wrinkly areas. The acid can also stimulate new collagen growth, which means you may need less acid injected when you go in for a touchup six to 12 months after your first treatment.
There’s no downtime with this minimally invasive procedure, but you may notice redness and bruising for a few days afterward.
THERMIlift
THERMIlift is an innovative device is an innovative device that delivers stunning results that last up to two years. It uses heat to repair saggy skin from within. It will reduce fat, relax frown lines, and tighten your skin. It stimulates long-term collagen growth and can be used on many different areas of the body.
The procedure lasts about one hour, and you’ll be under local anesthesia. The technician uses a radiofrequency probe to deliver radiofrequency energy to the area you’re targeting. After the procedure, there will be minimal to no downtime. You may not notice results right away; it takes three to six months for the treatment to take full effect.
Laser Skin Resurfacing
Laser skin resurfacing is an effective way to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, acne scars, and blotches. It uses a laser to remove outer layers of skin. The new skin that grows in its place has a tighter, smoother appearance. The procedure can take between 30 minutes and two hours, depending on how much of your face is being treated. The affected areas will have to be bandaged, and you’ll need to be diligent about aftercare to prevent scabbing. Healing takes between 10 and 21 days. The redness will fade in a couple of months.
Whether you have a special event coming up or are just tired of being unhappy with the signs of aging, you may want to look into procedures that can make you look younger quickly.
I have heard of some of these procedures. The Thermllift sounds interesting to me as one with longer termresults
I have not had any of these procedures and had not considered them but I have a friend who had the dermafiller and I must admit it really made a difference and did make her look younger. She did have about a 2 week recovery where she did not go out much.
