One of the things I appreciate with this book is that at the beginning of the book you’ll find a Getting Started chapter. It will explain to you what kind of equipment & kitchen items you need, basic ingredients, etc. If you’re new to making homemade eclairs, you’ll want to start there.
The recipes are super-easy to read and the author does a great job of laying it out in layman’s terms. I love that there are step-by-step photos to help guide you in making them. The foodie photography in this book is mouth-watering and totally inspires you to get busy making a few batches of eclairs.
I admit, I love to bake but I’ve always been too afraid to try making my own until I received this book. The entire process is much easier than what I had envisioned! I’ll be hosting two tea parties at my home in May and I’m definitely going to make 2-3 of these recipes to serve them to my guests!
