Dry Skin Relief with Zim’s Max Crack Creme Original Liquid

March 6, 2017 by A Bailey

Zim’s Max Crack Creme Original LiquidIt wasn’t until I started using Zim’s Max Crack Creme Creamy Daytime Formula skin cream that I ever regularly used a lotion or cream. It’s amazing for moisturizing my winter-dry hands without leaving behind a greasy feeling. Now I’ve had the chance to try Zim’s Max Crack Creme Original Liquid, a heavy-duty treatment for dry, cracked skin, and I’ve gotten some good results with that version of Max Crack Creme, too.

The Original Liquid formulation feels completely different from the Creamy Daytime Formula. It is a liquid, and a few drops go a long way. It has a strong herbal smell, pungent but not unpleasant. I’ve found it perfect for use on my feet, especially my heels and the balls of my feet, which have gotten more calloused and cracked as I’ve gotten older. With just one use, it began softening those trouble areas, and I’m finding that using it regularly is making a real difference. This year, I’ll be ready for sandal season without embarrassment! I should say, though, that I do wash my hands after using it; as much as I like the way it works for my feet, I’m not a big fan of the way it feels on my hands (just my personal quirk).

Now that I think about it, I’m going to start using Zim’s Max Crack Creme Original Liquid on my elbows, too. If I’m going to be unafraid to wear sandals, I should be equally confident when wearing the short-sleeved shirts of summer.

Zim’s Max Crack Creme Original Liquid

Zim’s was established over 60 years ago in a small Ohio town, when a pharmacist developed the product now known as Zim’s Max Crack Creme Original Liquid to help soothe the cracked hands and feet of local cement workers. After using the Original Liquid myself, I can understand why those workers welcomed its relief! Zim’s current product line includes skin care, lip care, cough and cold relief, first aid, pain relief, and even specialty products for diabetic and adult care. Nearly all of their products are made in Ohio, and most are formulated with naturally-based herbal ingredients.

Dozens of major retailers in the USA carry Zim’s products, and they’re available in Canada, as well. You can also purchase them online at Amazon, or directly at Zim’s website, where they often feature special discounts and two-for-one offers.

Giveaway: One lucky reader is going to win a full-size 2-ounce bottle of the same product I reviewed, Zim’s Max Crack Creme Original Liquid (retail value $6.99), from Zims!
