My husband likes a medium support pillow, so he read over the included filling instructions and filled it with water to offer medium support. This process takes less than 2-3 minutes to complete. Once you have the water filled into the pillow, you zip up the case and add your own pillowcase to cover it.

Hubby said that it will take you one to two nights to adjust to sleeping with a pillow like this. In other words, he said a 1-2 night learning curve. Once your body adjusts to a high-quality, customized support pillow…you’ll be sleeping like a baby! As his wife…I can honestly tell you that he now only gets up once a night and that the constant tossing and turning has ended. In addition, I no longer hear him complaining about his neck, shoulders and back hurting him in the morning.

    Their Elite Fiberfill Waterbase Pillow – Luxurious Comfort sounds divine. I am a nightowl not always by choice. I think this would be a help.
