Every year we do a lot of traveling and sometimes when we travel, we have the grandchildren or other family members along. As you can imagine, most of the time we don’t have enough beds to fit everyone, so we typically bring along a few sleeping bags. In addition, we do have our own RV and the kids enjoy using sleeping bags inside the RV when they’re along for the ride.
One of the things I love about the Sportneer Sleeping Bag is that it’s light-weight and not bulky. Once you roll it up and put it back into the storage bag, it takes up very little space and weighs only 2.9 lbs. My granddaughter can tote it all around by herself.
Next, I love the shape of it (mummy-style) which helps you to retain body heat, but yet…you don’t feel restricted inside it. The mummy-style hood is super-cool and you can opt to use it or not…simply adjust the cord and you’re done.
Hidden inside the bag is a small zipper-closure pocket that you can put your valuables in…think cash money, cellphone, your jewelry, etc. This means you can keep your valuables near by and know where they are at all times. I love that hidden pocket feature!!!
In the past, some of the sleeping bags that I’ve dealt with were hard to zipper, but I can honestly tell you that this one is super-easy! We had no issues with it snagging/catching on the fabric or getting stuck at all. My 7 year old granddaughter loves that she can zip & unzip it herself.
Finally, let’s talk about the size. It measures 87″ long by 32″ wide (at its widest point). My husband is a tad chunky and he fits inside it comfortably. My 16 year old nephew is super-tall (6 foot) and he fits inside it comfortably. My mom is 68 years old and she found it comfortable too! I would say that it’s a great sleeping bag for teenagers through adults!

I love how easy this sleeping bag is to zip and unzip and that it it has the pocket inside for storing items. This would be great for camping or if you need an extra space for someone on a over.
I haven’t been camping in a while. Hope this is the year. My sleeping bag has to be 20 years old. Maybe I should consider a new one.
This is small and lightweight enough to keep in my car during the winter. Never know when you’ll get stuck in the snow.
I really like how light this is. At under 33 pounds, it could be carried by almost anyone. I also like how warm it sounds and how it is more contoured. With camping season coming this would be nice. We even keep one in the car in the winter.
Boy I sure would love to have one of these sleeping bags. I love that it is so light and also the mummy hood on it is so neat this is perfect for hiking and camping.
