Add Southern Flavor with Moore’s Marinades and Sauces

Moore's Marinades and Sauces

* Complimentary Product Received for Review Purposes.

I admit, I love to cook and bake. However, I like food prep to be quick and easy. I don’t want to run around to 5 different grocery stores to purchase ingredients, then spend 2 hours working on food prep and then another 1-2 hours cooking up our main dish. Nope, I just don’t have time for that, especially during our busy weeknights when I need to get dinner onto the table quickly.

One way that I combat all of that is by purchasing various marinades, sauces and dry-rubs. If you want to season meat, fish, poultry and fresh veggies quickly, those type’s of products can get the job done quickly.

Moore's Marinades and Sauces

Let me introduce you to Moore’s Sauces and Marinade which is a family-owned business based in the great state of Alabama. Their sauces & marinades will help you give the dishes that you’re preparing a true southern flavor. The company believes in giving you high-quality products that are made with the best ingredients, to make your job in the kitchen a whole lot easier.

For this foodie review & feature, we received a complimentary bottle of Moore’s Original Marinade which has won many restaurant award’s for being the best. It has a robust hickory flavor and can be used to season beef, chicken, pork, fish, vegetables & wild game. It’s gluten free and kosher.

We decided to try out the Moore’s Original Marinade to season up some thick-cut pork chops. I places about a 1/2 cup of the marinade into a bowl with 4 pork chops. Covered the bowl and placed it into the refrigerator for 4 hours.

When it came time to prepare dinner, I poured the entire contents of my bowl into a baking dish (the pork chops and the marinade) and baked them in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until they were done.

While eating dinner that night, my husband repeatedly told me that we had to get more Moore’s Original Marinade! He really enjoyed the hickory flavor and the marinade seasoned the entire pork chop, not just the surface. Needless to say, he didn’t touch his veggies until both of his pork chops were gone!

Want to learn more? You can visit Moore’s Marinade and Sauces online to learn more about all of the different products & flavors that they offer, plus you can check out their recipe section for some yummy recipes that only require 30 minutes or less! You’ll find their products in various grocery stores across the U.S.A. and you can buy it online from Amazon.

I had not heard of this marinade before reading your review. I like that it has such a robust hickory flavor. I may try it soon.

I like using different marinades to add flavor and variety to our meat and vegetable dinners. These look like good ones to try and those pork chops looks good. I love dishes that one can just put in the oven and bake.

I’m not much for salt so I rarely bought sauces and marinades until I started picking up the freebie offers I would find mainly at Kroger’s (Ralph’s here in California). Some are so tasty and now I keep watch for different ones to try. I’ve never used this brand but anything with spice or tang, is a favorite.

I love using marinades and these flavors sound really good. I had not heard of this company before I read about them on your blog now I want to check them out. I think I would really love that Creamy Ranch Buffalo.
