February 14th, the designated day for lovers, Valentine’s Day. While my husband and I celebrate our love for one another daily and treat ourselves to frequent “date nights” I have to admit, that I do look forward to Valentine’s Day every year.
For us, we typically get a babysitter and go out to dinner. Every year we pick a different restaurant and really try to live-it-up, even if its only for a few short hours.
Since Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, we thought we would share a few special easy-to-make cocktail recipes with all of you. You can find additional cocktail recipes right here on The Classy Chics blog.

I love both these drinks, but I would probably substitute a sparkling wine for the champagne. I love the idea of Grand Marnier , sparkling Ice and pear nectar in the cocktail.
